New "Cool White" TP4 skin QVGA

I tried to improve the "Cool White" skin I had made a while back, I made it a little bit brighter and cleaned it up some.  There are other subtle differences using graphics from other skins I have made.  When I receive my Touch Pro2 I will begin to work on other resolutions....................
