products and services (collectively “Products and Services”). We consider it

COOKIE ?
We and the third parties may use cookies, tags, SDKs,

WHICH
KIND OF COOKIES ARE ON THE Products and Services?
Functional cookies
The functional cookies enable the Products and Services:
§ to adapt the display of the Products and Services (used language, screen resolution, used operating
system, etc.) according to the materials and the software reading your terminal
contains. These cookies expire at the end of the session;
§ to facilitate the researches
by storing researches previously made by you. These cookies will be stored for
a 13-month period.
Analytics cookies
We may use analytics cookies to enhance the
performance of the Products and Services, by collecting connection data
such as date, time, website address, IP address, visited and consulted pages, and your browser version. We do not share, sell, lease, or rent our mailing or
customer lists to third parties and do not store them for more than a
thirteen-month period. We may thus use
web analytics service provider that uses related cookies. Although we have no control on web analytics

Our Products

Our Products and Services also integrate third-party

advertising on the products or service that you use. The ads may be based on various factors such
as the content of the page you are visiting, information you enter such as your
age and gender, your searches, demographic data, user-generated content, and
other information we collect from you. These ads may be based on your current
activity or your activity over time and across other websites and online services
and may be tailored to your interests.
You can click here for all such
third-party partners’ name who directly collect your information and their
respective privacy policy and partner list (if any). These third-party partners
will collect, use, store, share or other process your personal information
solely for the purpose of providing you personalized ads. We do not have access to the use of cookies or other tracking
technologies that may be placed on your device you use to access the Products
and Services by such non-affiliated third parties. If you do not agree on such third-party
partners’ privacy policy or are unwilling to have them Process your personal
information, please do not agree or accept this Cookie Privacy Policy.
In
addition to the above, we also provide advertisers and/or advertisement
agencies with reports about the kinds of people seeing their ads and how their
ads are performing. To provide you with
personalized ads, we also share certain information with these third parties,
such as your IP, GAID, device version, country code, and network type.
If
you want to stop receiving personalized ads, you can go to “Settings” of
TouchPal Keyboard, once you choose not to receive personalized ads, we and our
third-party partners will stop sending personalized ads to you. Please note
that the number of ads you see will not change, but they may be less relevant
to you.
You can however oppose these various operations by
configuring your browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, by following
the instructions, also indicated above, which are supplied for that purpose on your
browser website. In case of exercises of the right to object, we confirm
that no data of connection will be transmitted to any supplier of analysis of
audience tools. Moreover, you have a
right of access to your own data that you can exercise by contacting the
concerned supplier, by specifying the number identifying of the cookie which
will be attributed to you by the latter.
